The Free Tutorials are Free-for-Life.

Your Personal Studio workspace will contain all your completed subscription projects and product purchases from the Store, Free-for-life. If you cancel or unsubscribe before the project is finished and you want the project in your workspace, then you will need to purchase the desired project on a prorated and discounted basis. The default projects and resources in each plan (except for the Free Tutorials) will be removed from accounts 10 days after account cancellation or expiration.
